To request your registration form for the 6th edition of the Vauban Sessions, please download, complete and send the form below to contact(@)vauban-sessions.org
All registrations are subject to validation by the RRC-Fr. An email confirming participation and access to the Citadel of Lille will be sent following this validation.
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: MAY 17th 2024. No form sent after that date will be processed.
Participation for representatives of governments and international institutions is free of charge. Participation for representatives of industry and other private sector organisations is subject to partnership. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation in Lille. The organisers advise participants to book their hotels as soon as possible.
